We need a new bed. We've had the same bed that Matt used in his bachelor days and we've finally decided that it's time to upgrade. I know tufted beds and headboard are all over the blogging world and I like the look -- but for some reason I keep going back to these classic four poster bed styles. The tall posts make the whole room look bigger and it just looks so luxe, don't you think? What are you thoughts on the four poster style? I have my eye on this one.
We have a four poster bed in our Matser and I have a love hate relationship with it. I think I just get tired of it because we have it had it for so long, but I do love the look of it!

ReplyDeleteI am right there with you, I love the look of tufted, upholstered headboards - but in a guest bedroom, not in a master. I think the bed you chose is absolutely gorgeous! Love that the front posts are shorter. If I could go back and get a new bed (which may be soon - keeping my fingers crossed!) I would definitely get a 4 poster. It's so classic!
