I love the idea of storing shoes with one facing front and the other one facing back. And I think that cabinet with glass doors would be such a great DIY (I'd love to find a Craigslist cabinet and paint it a glossy black.) How do your store your shoes?
I have a whole shelf dedicated to them in my dressing room. They are currently lined up forward facing but I really love this idea as well I may have to consider it, it looks like a space saver and I'm running out of space.

I'd love to be able to store my shoes this way! Right now, some are in plastic shoe boxes, some are just on the floor in our closet and some are just in random places in our apartment. I can't wait to have a home to do organizational stuff like this since we won't be up and moving in a year or two.

ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to display my shoes on custom shelves that are inside of a closet the size of a large bedroom that's complete with a sitting area. Such a dream. The reality is that I store my shoes in the $1 plastic shoe containers from the Container Store. They are stackable and I love them!
